Furthermore here is the therapy against congestion, when the patient suffers from varicose veins or has heavy, tired legs. The mechanic Lymphdrainage is used in these cases.

Lymphdrainage

The Lymphdrainage works with a special kind of massage-implement. It is used by patients, that have problems with the lymphatic system, this means for example the incomplete reflux of the lymphatic liquid from the legs back to the body circulation.

The legs are layed into cuffs, that are filled under soft pressure with air. After a few seconds the air escapes from the cuffs. This process is repeating for several times.
